Green Chef is looking for a Food and Prop Styling Intern to join our team.  The Intern will contribute to our dish and plating design for both photography and video. This is a part-time (maximum of 25-hours per week) paid internship based at our headquarters in Boulder, CO.  The position will report to the Food and Prop Styling Manager.


  • Collaborate on recipe preparation, plating, and overall culinary presentation

  • Shop for ingredients, mise en place ingredients, cook, clean (we all do dishes here), and assist in styling for menu photography, campaign hero shoots, and all other projects

  • Ensure that the prepared food stays consistently camera-ready for the duration of a busy schedule

  • Work closely with photography team to plan and execute shooting schedule

  • Organize and inventory kitchen items


  • Must be a current culinary student

  • Strong aesthetic judgement and knowledge of food properties and preparation related to styling

  • Able to cook and select/style props as needed

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Attention to detail and ownership of final product

  • Efficient time manager
