Founded in 2015, Flipdish enables restaurants to directly accept online orders and manage their online presence and operations, without having to list on aggregator platforms. Some of our customers include Mao At Home, Bombay Pantry, Chopped, and Base Wood Fired Pizza. Flipdish is now installed in over 10 countries and is expanding rapidly.

About This Role:

  • Head of the Customer Services Team (Senior role within the organisation)

  • Responsibility for hiring and building out members within each of the teams

  • Ensuring departmental and individual KPIs are being met

  • Providing performance appraisals for team members and responsible for staff rostering

  • Training and on-boarding of new staff members

  • Customer Support shifts includes evening and weekend on call shifts



The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A thorough knowledge of the product that Flipdish are offering

  • Extensive experience and responsibility for building Customer Service teams

  • Will have 5+ years specialising in senior Customer Services roles ideally in the SaaS/Cloud industry

  • Interested in working in a dynamic high growth start up

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Must be results focused with a can-do-attitude

  • Create knowledge base materials to ensure our customers are empowered with the knowledge to make the most out of their Flipdish system

  • Work with our customer success team to help our clients grow their online sales through the Flipdish platform

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
