Customer Care Manager

  We are looking for you to oversee our clients in all of Europe out of our base in Berlin. Our Customer Care Team is responsible for customer support and thereby plays a central role in the client’s experiences and the company’s success! As a member of our team, you will interact with customers and transform InstaFreight as a forwarding company to the market leader in the European road-freight traffic. In the future your main tasks include:

  • You are the primary contact person for our business clients during their registration on our portal and you take care of all inquiries
  • You support our customers with their registration on our portal and check relevant general conditions 
  • You advise our clients professionally via email or telephone and also find individual transport solutions 
  • You know our customers the best, share your information with other departments and are in constant exchange with colleagues 
  • You design new Customer Care Standards and optimize our processes together with your team
  • You have a finished degree in business-management academic studies or a completed commercial training
  • You already have operating experience in customer care and enjoy this sector
  • You ideally already have first experiences in the field of transportation/logistics or sales, otherwise a great curiosity about new topics helps you quickly build knowledge concerning the logistics industry
  • You have excellent communication skills as well as a high focus on client and service satisfaction 
  • You speak German fluently because our customers mainly communicate in German. In English you can also confidently react
  • You can organize your work and yourself well, are able to set priorities and follow tasks based on their importance 
  • You really start to thrive when there is much to do and it is busy
