For our head office in Amsterdam we are looking for a Customer Care employee (Part time)
We want to exceed all expectations of our customers and of course that starts with us
toppers on customer service. You are the link between our customers and the organization!
Among other things, you deal with:
Helping customers via telephone, email, chat, SMS, Whatsapp, Social media and logistic.
Answering questions about orders, delivery times, prices and products
Gathering feedback to ensure that our customers can receive the HelloFresh box every week with a smile on their faces
