HelloFresh needs you!
You will be our formal local Luxembourg representative and our go-to person for all legal related matters in Luxembourg. You liaise with local authorities and provide support with local legal questions. Next, to this, you monitor our compliance processes with regards to local and EU laws and regulations. You keep track of changes in local legislation and update our policies and procedures accordingly. Lastly, you take care of office-related tasks. You will work together with our Legal and Compliance team in Amsterdam, reporting into our Head of Legal and Compliance.
Note, this role requires regular (once per quarter) travel to our office in Amsterdam. You will be the only HelloFresh representative based in Luxembourg and therefore we look for someone who can work independently.
Are you the perfect Local Legal Representative Luxembourg?
You have a bachelor or master degree in the legal domain, with at least 4 years of relevant working experience. You are 24 hours a week available. Ecommerce, data protection, and commercial contracts are familiar terrains for you and you have an affinity with marketing campaigns and projects. You have in-depth knowledge of the local legislation in Luxembourg and you are highly motivated with a high level of ownership and willingness to think beyond a given task. You are a strong communicator, who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your language skills regarding French are on a native level. English and Luxembourgish are at least on a fluent level.
