Main Responsibilities



  • Design and execute Jumia Egypt’s Vendor’s Acquisition Strategy for Mid-tail & Long-tail vendors

  • Manage the lead to live process

  • Incubate the vendors after live to make sure they are engaged properly

  • Ensuring all acquisition channels are operating flawlessly and producing the maximum output

  • Increase the number of leads

  • Grow the number of daily live vendors with maximum number of SKUs  

  • Create and manage partnerships with external organizations  

  • Ensuring sellers to get active on platform


 


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Clear communication and reporting capabilities

  • Team management and leaderships skills

  • 5+ years’ experience  

  • Good analytical skills  

  • Top Business / Engineering Schools and Universities

  • Ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions 

  • Experience in management consulting, venture capital, company creation or category management (retail) would be a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (VBA would be a plus)
