We are looking for you to further accelerate our strong growth phase. The Customer Relationship Management ensures that our processes, reportings and toolset are scalable. As CRM Manager you play a vital role and have independent interfaces in the Sales and Distribution, Customer Care, Operations, Finance and Tech department. In the future your main tasks include:
- You optimize and advance the development of CRM Softwares (Salesforce) and additional Sales Tools (Dialpad, Freshdesk, etc.) according to company and process requirements
- You ensure a smooth information flow and together with Tech administer the data interface/API
- You assure high data quality in our systems and tools
- You produce and create reports and dashboards for management
- You analyze our client portfolio, compile target customer segments and are responsible for the continuous replenishment of Leads
- You manage the recording of client satisfaction (NPS, etc.) and carry insights over to the organization
- You work hand in hand with our marketing department to create new multi-canal marketing campaigns
- You have completed your business-management degree or comparable academic studies with an excellent overall grade average
- You have first experiences in the management of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) as well as data bases (e.g. SQL)
- You work well structured, have a focus on processes and solutions and are great in the details
- You have a distinctive understanding of numbers and can not only draft but also produce goal-oriented reports and dashboards
- You are customer-oriented and like to work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. clients, service providers)
- You are skillful and proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
- You speak English and German fluently
