We are looking for a data-driven, entrepreneurial hustler who will take ownership of our packaging supply chain, help identify risks and inefficiencies, and develop proposals to improve weekly production and logistics performance.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Operations leadership team in all aspects of the weekly pick, pack and ship production cycle.

  • Schedule timely deliveries and movement of material locally and across North America.

  • Analyze the entire vendor-to-customer supply chain, identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans for execution.

  • Research new suppliers along the value chain and propose business cases to improve cost, quality, and performance.

  • Collect data along the supply chain, and make related process improvement recommendations.


 


Required Skills:



  • 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Mathematics.

  • Strong interest in operations and supply chain.

  • Quantitative and analytical skills a must – you're an Excel wiz! 

  • Must be proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and should think beyond the scope of a given assignment

  • You should be entrepreneurial with a strong attitude towards getting things done.

  • Willing to travel within the GTA for work when required.

  • Strong passion for food will be an enormous asset!
