Country Manager (APAC Expansion)

As a Country Manager, you will play a key role in helping us blitzscale our proven business model in a new market, with relentless traction at the highest level of user satisfaction. Your end goal is to synchronously balance rapid growth and flawless execution in every city that we expand into. You will be responsible for driving new merchants wins across food and hospitality sectors, managing the onboarding processes, and supporting day-to-day operational needs to ensure zero churn.

# Build and lead the team: Be the smartest cross-functional person in the country, and firmly embed Tinvio's results-driven growth culture within your team
# Win new merchants: You will be fully responsible for driving sales and implementing channel strategies to meet growth targets for our proven mobile technology in your market
# Lead merchant operations: Execute the day-to-day operations (incl. onboarding, managing relationships, trainings, live issues etc.) at the highest levels of efficiency
# Consolidate feedback: Share local market insights in a structured manner that will help improve product and processes – you're the eyes and ears on the ground in your country
# Manage P&L: You will be responsible for the market's P&L including forecasts, new launches, budgets and cost management. You manage the business holistically and overcome any and every obstacle that arises
# Measure results: Across the above initiatives, you will be responsible for measuring and hitting key metrics and communicating performance to the Tinvio headquarters team

# Ready and excited to take on a high degree of ownership and accountability - blast through obstacles, with an attitude to do everything it takes to succeed
# Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
# 5 years of experience building teams from scratch, including sales, operations, and customer success
# Great communication skills - you are able to listen to and talk to anyone and everyone with an understanding of local culture, influence, language, and food
# Leadership experience in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, especially a thick skin and the ability to deal just as well with the hard days as the good days
# Bonus: Multiple languages, F&B sector experience, including track record in selling to restaurant operators, hospitality groups, suppliers etc.
