Jumia Services provides a complete e-commerce fulfillment platform through a network of our own-managed and third-party warehousing, order processing, and logistics service providers. Jumia Services combines the capabilities of our own and carefully selected 3PL partners onto one seamless service offering, thereby offering the best services available in each of our markets through a one-stop-shop service interface.
o Establishing the principles and key levers which influence output KPIs
o Convert those levers into inputs for successful performance management
o Translate inputs in actions, routines and projects
o Validate and publish those into implementable and trackable PMO format
o Manage and drive implementation across countries
o Create right visibility and shareholder level reporting for them
o Creating standard and very easy blue book equivalent; which can be easily implemented in all Jumia Countries including
o Performing routine trainings for country teams on projects
o War room methodology; if needed to be quickly launched and implemented on ground for performance management -- setting up and leading war rooms in all countries, doing deep dive and creating list of actions and implementing them with country Management in all countries.
