Our community members are senior freelance software developers, data-scientists, project/product managers and UI/UX designers that also help us select and test our new joiners.

As part of the Sales Team, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are central contact persons for our customers and at the same time the link between customers and tech freelancers. You
lead a team of 4 to 6 SDRs
together with your team are responsible for the generation and qualification of leads from different sources
convince and lead on the basis of your sales competence; this also includes working on the customer front through active customer acquisition
as a team player, create a positive working atmosphere with open communication
ensure the quantitative and qualitative achievement of your team's goals
coach, train and motivate your team and transfer your know-how
create evaluations and reports and report to the Head of Sales
continuously optimize the SDR processes and implement improvements
You have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the B2B in-house sales area, be it in industry or in start-ups
You are a professional in the field of Outbound Sales
SPIN selling or other customer-oriented sales methods belong to your trade
You are used to working with FIS systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive,...)
Your way of working is characterized by personal responsibility and structure, which enables you to achieve your goals
You are fluent in both German and English
