About the Role

The Sales Manager at DiscoEat is an essential part of the Sales Team and responsible for establishing relationships with prospective clients to drive business to the company as well as generating and qualifying leads. The Field Sales Manager works hand in hand with the Inside Sales Manager (who supports in meeting setup) to successfully grow the restaurant partner database. In a fast paced, energetic start up environment, the Field Sales Manager has the opportunity to be involved in establishing sales strategies and best practice procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively shape our client database by acquiring restaurant partnerships to drive business in your city

  • Take ownership to develop the assigned city areas to gain market share

  • Stay up-to-date with the sales performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Build strong relationships with restaurant partners for long-term success

  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Team and Inside Sales Manager to grow the restaurant database

Desired Experience Background

  • Previous Experience in Sales or Business Development is a must

  • Restaurant Sales Experience is a strong plus but not required,  ideally for another restaurant technology player (e.g. table booking platforms, delivery services, etc.)

  • Start-up Experience is a plus but not required

  • Fluency in German and basic conversational English required
