  • You’re responsible for acquiring new customers for InstaFreight

  • You’re able to establish and maintain existing customer and business relationships

  • Working on tenders as well as creating concepts and bids/offers for shipments will be part of your responsibilities

  • You’ll also get the opportunity to present bids and concepts to the customers

  • Acquiring and negotiating with customers with a revenue greater than 75 mn EUR makes your job not only interesting but also important for InstaFreight to continue to grow

  • You strive and fight for increasing the number of our transports

  • You’re responsible for implementing new business of your customers by collaborating closely with operations

  • You’ll implement our growth strategies by taking advantage of potential revenue opportunity

  • You implement growth strategies with the best possible utilization of the sales potential



  • You’ve successfully completed an apprenticeship as an agent for freight forwarding or logistics services or in business with work experience in the above mentioned field

  • Ideally, you have work experience in dispatching and selling logistics services with a focus on truck road freight transports

  • You’re willing to travel locally and regionally

  • You have good knowledge of spoken and written English and you are familiar with standard MS Office applications

  • You would describe yourself as a friendly, open-minded, proactive and engaging person who shows commitment and is able to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and sales

  • You’re strongly service- and customer-focused

  • You’re communicative and a good negotiator on the phone as well as via email correspondence

  • You like to work independently but also see yourself as a team player and work in a reliable manner

  • Last but not least, you’re able to manage your time wisely, work under pressure and are flexible
