  • Working from the Singapore office and travelling across South East Asia on a regular basis

  • Collaborating on the prioritization of key potential markets to open and ensuring the long-term success of these markets

  • Building up successful markets for Franksmile in new territories across SouthEast Asia

  • Be the first person on the ground to launch operations

  • Successfully leading launch teams for Franksmile products and ensuring that expansion plans are followed

  • Leading business development in Singapore (or other existing South East Asian markets at the time) during times of low expansion needs




  • Someone with at least 2+ years of experience in national and international expansion plans

  • An energetic, driven, self-sufficient individual with team/project management experience within operations teams

  • An excellent communicator and are fluent in English (other languages relevant to the region highly desirable)

  • Experienced in working as a part of launch teams and can implement steps at every stage of a product’s launch

  • Capable of interacting and communicating effectively with internal resources and executives, you think analytically, and you execute efficiently

  • A plus: previously experienced within the fast-paced start-up environment

  • A plus: knowledge of direct to consumer business models and the South Eastern market
