global leader in the online food takeaway market, to c. 39% through the
contribution of its now acquired leading Middle Eastern online food
takeaway company Talabat and the acquisition of shares from existing
Delivery Hero investors for EUR 52 million. Closing is expected to occur
within the next weeks. Headquartered in Berlin, Delivery Hero is a leading global online food
takeaway platform with more than 90,000 partner restaurants worldwide. On
the basis of December 2014, the company delivers annualized orders of 62.6
million. Delivery Hero operates in 24 countries: Germany, United Kingdom,
Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic,
Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela,
