the key companies of Rocket Internet SE ("Rocket Internet", "Rocket", "the
Company") continued their strong operating performance. The Proven Winners
recorded an average weighted net revenues/Gross Merchandise Volume ("GMV")
period-over-period growth of 120% for the first 9 months of 2015. The
Proven Winners showed further operating leverage with an average EBITDA
margin improvement of 4 percentage points in the first 9 months of 2015
compared to the first 9 months of 2014. Global Fashion Group, the market leader in Fashion E-Tailing in emerging
markets grew Gross Merchandise Value by 61.1%, Lazada, the leading
marketplace platform in South East Asia, experienced a 225.0% growth in
Gross Merchandise Value and HelloFresh, the global leader in Fresh Food at
Home, grew net revenues by 383.9% for the first 9 months of 2015, relative
to the first 9 months of 2014. Rocket Internet's Last Portfolio Value ("LPV") remained stable at
approximately EUR 6.1bn given the absence of significant funding rounds at
the portfolio companies. The gross cash balance remained at EUR 1.7bn.
Rocket continues to evaluate private funding and other funding alternatives
for its companies. The Supervisory Board of Rocket Internet has appointed Prof. Dr. Marcus
Englert as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who previously served as
Deputy Chairman, and Norbert Lang as the new Deputy Chairman. Lorenzo
Grabau, former Chairman, will continue to support Rocket Internet as a
member of the Supervisory Board. Oliver Samwer, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rocket Internet
