1.4 million of a EUR 20 million financing round at Home24 AG ('Home24').
The financing round implies a EUR 420 million post-money valuation of
Home24, below Home24's last financing round valuation of EUR 981 million.
Baillie Gifford and other investors are also participating in this
financing round. Rocket Internet's direct and indirect stake will be 42.9%
