Ad-hoc: Price range set for Delivery Hero IPO

- Price range set for initial public offering of Delivery Hero AG at EUR 22.00 to EUR 25.50 per Delivery Hero AG share

- The IPO will consist of 18,950,000 newly issued shares in Delivery Hero AG and 15,000,000 million existing shares in Delivery Hero AG from the holdings of existing shareholders. An additional 5,092,500 million shares may be placed in connection with a potential over-allottment

Berlin, June 19, 2017 - today, Delivery Hero AG has set the price range for its planned initial public offering (the "Offering") at EUR 22.00 to EUR 25.50 per share. The planned Offering is subject to approval of the prospectus by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and its publication. The planned Offering will consist of 18,950,000 newly issued ordinary registered shares from a capital increase and of 15,000,000 existing ordinary registered shares from the holdings of certain existing shareholders, including at least 5,263,158 existing ordinary registered shares indirectly held by Rocket Internet SE ("Rocket Internet"). Furthermore, up to 5,092,500 ordinary registered shares (comprising 15% of the offered shares) indirectly held by Rocket Internet may be placed in connection with a potential over-allotment.
