Berlin, May 23, 2018 - Rocket Internet SE (ISIN DE000A12UKK6) has acquired a total of 10,765,906 own shares between August 14, 2017 and May 9, 2018. Rocket acquired 1,041,167 of these shares through a public share buy-back program and another 9,724,739 shares through a public share purchase offer. Today, the 10,765,906 own shares were redeemed and thus the share capital of the company was reduced from EUR 165,140,790.00 by EUR 10,765,906.00 to EUR 154,374,884.00.
