The convertible bond buyback program announced in February 2016 for EUR 150 million (investment amount) is complete. The convertible bond buyback program announced in September 2016 for up to EUR 85 million (investment amount) terminated on September 30, 2017. On September 29, 2017, a further convertible bond buyback program for up to EUR 100 million (investment amount) was announced, which ended on July 11, 2018.

As of July 10, 2018, convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 289 million are outstanding.
